The Alachua County Environmental Protection Department is looking for a paid intern ($9/hour) to assist with education programs. The selected candidate will assist staff with informational tables, educational presentations, and some program management tasks. Some knowledge of water resources is preferred and excellent communication skills and the desire to work with children is required. The hours are flexible, but having large blocks of time (i.e.- no class in the middle of the day) a couple days a week is ideal. Interested candidates should fill out this screening form.
